Terms and Conditions
Hi and welcome to MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC , the home of all things small, fun and stylish. When you choose to buy something from our website you are subject to the following terms and conditions.
So please do read them carefully prior to purchase, as once anything has been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC are USA Dollars and are exclusive of shipping and international transfer costs. All pricing is inclusive of GST. We accept payment by credit card, layboy, bank deposit and PayPal. The three main payment gateways we use are shoplifty payments, and PayPal. These are both secure gateways for online payment and by using this system it means we do not record or collect your credit card details. Your credit card details are processed by our payment processors, eway or PayPal, which are linked to our banks merchant account. It is important to note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. When you select the credit card option at checkout, this is using the eway processing system. Please note MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC has no control over any customs or import duties that might be incurred when your package reaches its destination country. This means that you are liable for these costs should they arise.

ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDERS
Please note any orders containing preorder items will ship when all items are in stock. If you require any items in your order urgently you can get in touch and arrange to pay shipping, and the remaining preorder items will ship at a later date. Alternatively please make a separate order from your preorder items.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All items are subject to availability. Some products may only be available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. If this is the case, it will be clearly specific in the product description.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS
Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided during the transaction. We will only ship your products when payment has been received in full.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us, that you feel confident purchasing online at MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC , and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. Please contact us if you have any questions around sizing, colors or to clarify anything else about a product prior to making a purchase, as we’re more than happy to help and love hearing from our customers.
If for any reason any item you have purchased is not what you expect (wrong colour, size or you are unhappy with you purchase in anyway), it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided it is in new and saleable condition.
MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Nor are we able to provide refunds for changes of mind – credit note or exchange only. The price of the shipping paid is not credited back.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or credit:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- A copy of the order confirmation (printed out email is fine)
- The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.
Please advise us as soon as possible upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC goes to great efforts to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending the product/s out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at email@example.com about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Returns & exchanges received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
We highly recommend sending back your return with a track and trace option or by courier so it won’t get lost in the post! You are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new, resalable condition by MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC .
How to make a return for exchange or refund please follow the below steps:
- Double check that you meet all the conditions listed above.
- Contact MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the return request.
- In the email, tell us the new item/s that you want to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your return.
- Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded, marking the confirmation number provided on the package.
- Return address will be given at the time of contact about the return.
By purchasing with MARDENI FASHION DESIGN LLC you agree to be added to our email mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link on our newsletter or mailing list emails. Alternatively you can contact us directly at DANA@MARDENI.CO and ask to be removed. Please have unsubscribe in the email subject header.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic we are limited with flight options and facing largely increased costs in order to get your Next parcels to you; therefore we need to charge a 20 AED delivery charge on all orders for now. We will continue to review this and get back to normal as soon as possible Thanks for your understanding & happy shopping!
Please allow extra days for delivery during UAE holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Collection may be required where duties are payable.
